What we collect
If you request a guide, we collect your email address, the guide you requested, your consent and confirmation time, and limited attribution data such as a campaign click ID or keyword group. Our site also records a random journey ID, a random session ID, event times, and a daily one-way hash of the network address used to reach our event collector. We do not put your email address in the page-event log.
Why we use it
We use this data to deliver the guide, send the email series you confirmed, handle unsubscribes, measure whether the funnel works, prevent abuse, and reconcile affiliate outcomes. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Service providers and affiliate links
We use SendSimple to manage subscribers and Amazon Web Services to deliver email. Some pages contain affiliate links. If you follow one, the seller or affiliate network may receive a pseudonymous tracking ID and its own privacy terms apply.
Retention and your choices
We keep records only as long as needed for these purposes, legal duties, dispute handling, and accurate unsubscribe suppression. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@regios.org. We may need enough information to verify the request.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. If this notice changes materially, the updated date above will change.
